Chess Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar, reserve some for topping
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together and spread in a well greased 9 x 13 pan; batter will be stiff, pat down.
Mix remaining 3 ingredients and pour over bottom layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle reserved powdered sugar on for topping.
