Almond And Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. slivered almonds
    4 qt. salad greens (romaine, iceberg or red leaf)
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained and chilled
    salt and pepper
    2 c. thinly sliced celery
    4 green onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning
Preparation
    Toast almonds in 350\u00b0 oven approximately 8 minutes until golden brown.
    In bowl, combine greens, celery, parsley and onion. Cover and chill 2 to 4 hours.
    In jar, combine oil, vinegar, sugar and hot pepper seasoning.
    Shake well; just before serving, toss greens with dressing.
    Distribute oranges and almonds over top.
    Serve at once.
    Serves 10 to 12.
