Jewish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
juice of 1 orange
3 tsp. baking powder
4 large apples, peeled and sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix 5 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and sprinkle over sliced apples.
Let stand 1/2 hour.
