Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook squash in boiling water until tender.
    Combine all ingredients except paprika and 1/2 cup cheese. Blend well. Pour into greased casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
