Herbed Vegetable Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. diagonally-cut carrot slices
    1/4 c. Parkay margarine
    1 c. cherry tomato halves
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Kraft Light reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves, crushed
Preparation
    Saute broccoli and carrots in margarine until crisp-tender; stir in tomatoes.
    Place in four 8 ounce baking dishes.
    Beat egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form.
    Fold in combined remaining ingredients.
    Spoon mixture evenly over vegetables. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
