Michigan Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients and form into balls.
    Roll in flour. Brown slowly.
    Pour the soup and water over and simmer 20 minutes.
    Pour over cooked rice.
