Curry Paste For Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. freshly grated nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. mace
    10 cardamon pods, remove seeds and grind (1 tsp. cardamon powder may be substituted)
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste
    2 Tbsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. ground caraway seed
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add anchovy paste and vinegar and mix well. Store in small airtight container in refrigerator. (Keeps several weeks.)
