Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
6 to 8 large apples, thinly sliced and peeled
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 12-inch glass baking pan.
Beat eggs and all wet ingredients.
Once mixed, add all dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Pour in baking pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
