Veggie-Macaroni Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, diced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 c. milk (at least)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni, drain and rinse.
    Add margarine, eggs and milk. Boil vegetables (5 minutes).
    Add to macaroni mixture.
    Add cheese and mix well.
    Grease 2 1/2-quart casserole, reserve some cheese for topping.
