Stuffed Pepper Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
    2 c. cooked converted or long grain rice
    2 c. chopped green peppers
    2 beef bouillon cubes, melted in 2 c. water
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain; add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
