Christmas Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 crust pie
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Use 1/2
    of
    the crust to line a 9-inch pie pan.
    Saute onion in\t1
    tablespoon
    margarine.
    Add\tveal and pork; brown slightly. Add
    seasonings,
    flour, water, milk and egg; bring to a
    boil. Spread
    evenly
    in\tcrust.\tArrange diced chicken over this. Cover
    with remaining pastry;
    turn under edge and seal.
    Cut slits
    in
    top.
    Preheat
    oven to 375\u00b0; bake for 1 hour.
    Let stand
    for 10 minutes before cutting.
    May also be served cold. Serves 8.
