Poor Professor'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces buttered bread, cut off edges and butter both sides
    3/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Place buttered bread on bottom of large casserole.
    Beat eggs, salt, mustard, milk and cheese together.
    Pour over bread. Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Serve immediately.
