Christmas Cutouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn oil margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. colored sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream margarine.
    Add sugar and egg substitute; blend well. Sift baking powder and flour together and add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Chill.
    Roll out 1/8 inch thick and cut out.
    Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.
    Sprinkle with colored sugar.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Yields 77 cookies.
