Cubed Steaks(Au Poivre) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beef cubed steaks (about 1 lb.)
    1 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium tomato, sliced
Preparation
    Sprinkle cubed steaks with pepper and salt.
    In a 12-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook 2 cubed steaks at a time until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes.
    Arrange steaks on platter; keep warm.
