Eggplant Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cooked eggplant, cubed
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. sage
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Add butter to hot eggplant and mix until melted.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until center rises, about 30 minutes.
