Hawaiian Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas, mashed
2 cans (8 oz.) crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 to 3/4 c. coconut
Preparation

Blend together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Cream together vegetable oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add bananas and crushed pineapple and juice to cream mixture.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture; stir until all is blended (I use a mixer). Fold in chopped pecans and coconut.
Spoon batter into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 40 minutes, depending on cake pans used.
Check with toothpick if not sure cake is done.
Cool completely before frosting.
