Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 small potato, cooked and mashed
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    cracker crumbs
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    Parboil chopped onion in salt water until clear. Drain and debone salmon.
    Mix all ingredients well. Season to taste.
    Roll in cracker crumbs mixed with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Fry until golden brown.
