Sausage Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 acorn squash, washed and halved
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. honey (optional)
Preparation

Remove pulp and seeds from squash.
Place, cut side down, in baking pan with about 1/2-inch water.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 45 minutes until tender.
