Chicken Adoba - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 large onion
    4 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cut up chicken.
    Salt and pepper and place in Dutch oven.
    Put chopped onion and garlic on top.
    Put bay leaves, oregano, poultry seasoning and paprika on top of this.
    Add oil and vinegar.
    Cook 1/2 hour with top.
