Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrots, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, sliced thin
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. oatmeal (dry)
    1 egg
Preparation
    Use amount of ingredients for each pound of ground beef.
    Form into loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    During last 10 minutes, pour can of tomato soup over loaf.
