Lemon Angel Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. angel food cake mix
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1/3 c. ReaLemon juice from concentrate
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    4 to 6 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
    1 container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
    1/2 c. flaked coconut (tinted yellow, if desired)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil, extending foil 1-inch over ends of pan.
