Apricot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1/2 c. apricot all-fruit spread
    1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 lb. pea pods
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops.
    Spray frypan with nonstick cooking spray. Cook pork chops until done.
    Reduce heat to low; stir apricot spread, soy sauce and red pepper in small bowl.
    Spread over pork chops and cook until apricot spread melts and sauce is heated through.
