Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cut-up fryers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick melted oleo
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans onion soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place rice in the bottom of a roaster.
    Dip pieces of chicken in oleo until coated, then place chicken on top of rice.
    Add soup and water in a pot with remaining oleo and bring to a boil.
    Pour over the chicken and rice.
    Bake covered at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
