Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole kernel corn with liquid
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add other ingredients together; mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven, covered. Then remove cover and bake until brown (about 10 to 15 minutes).
