Soup Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. garlic juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tomatoes, finely diced
1 cucumber, finely diced
1 green pepper, diced (3/4 c.)
1 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. thinly sliced green or regular onions
Preparation

Stir all vegetables together and chill at least one hour.
Eat cold.
