Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Boil and drain spaghetti. Mix with butter, eggs and Parmesan. Press into a casserole dish.
Spread with cottage and Mozzarella cheeses.
Cook beef, onion and green pepper.
Drain.
To meat mixture, add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Cook until blended.
Pour on top of spaghetti.
Bake 20 minutes, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
