Arlington Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    1 fine chopped tomato
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1/2 c. chopped ham
    1/2 c. chopped turkey
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 boiled eggs
    croutons
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except boiled eggs and croutons in large salad bowl and toss good.
    Put on salad plates and garnish with eggs that have been cut into quarters and put croutons on the top of salad.
    Tomatoes can also be used to garnish with just quartering them.
    This can be served with crackers or hot whole wheat rolls.
