Batter For Deep Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1 (10 oz.) can Sprite or 7-Up

Preparation

Beat all ingredients together well.
Dip fish into batter; let excess batter drain, and drop into hot grease.
Fish is almost done when fillet floats to surface.
Wait until golden brown, remove and serve.
