Potato Chip Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
dash of pepper
14 oz. pkg. potato chips
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 fryer chicken
Preparation

Melt butter.
Crunch chips with garlic salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in butter and roll in chips.
Place chicken pieces on pan, skin side up, not touching.
Pour rest of butter and chips over chicken.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Do not turn chicken.
