Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. tiny marshmallows
Preparation

Bake or boil potatoes and peel.
Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch slices.
Place a layer of potatoes in bottom of buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter.
Continue layers until all ingredients are used, ending with sugar and butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until glazed.
Add marshmallows the last 5 minutes to melt and brown lightly.
