Orange Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

grated rind of 1 orange
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla (scant)
5 slices bread (crusts removed)
2 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat orange rind, yolks, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt slightly.
Break bread in small pieces and soak in liquid for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Bake 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven. After cooking and when still hot, pour juice of one orange over the pudding.
Prepare meringue.
