Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

6 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
2 unbaked lite pie shells
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, cinnamon and salt. Slowly add apple juice and stir well. Add apple slices. Simmer over low heat until thickened. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cover with second shell, crimping edges. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
