Connecticut Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and stir in onion.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together the soup, sour cream, milk and salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes and ground beef.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
