Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. spaghetti noodles
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. margarine/butter
    1 c. cottage cheese (cream-style)
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 lb. ground beef or bulk Italian sausage or pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    For crust, cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Combine 1 egg, Parmesan cheese and margarine. Stir in hot noodles.
    Press mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
    Drain cottage cheese; combine with 1 egg.
    Spread over crust.
    Set aside.
