French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 pieces bread
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put egg, milk and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Dip bread in the mixture, be sure both sides are covered.
    Fry on medium, lightly greased pan until golden brown.
    Serve with butter and syrup.
    Serves 1.
