Salmon Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    salt and pepper
    4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in 2 cups of water until tender.
    Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add salmon and bring to a boil. Add milk; heat until warm.
    Don't boil.
    Serve with saltine crackers.
