Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 c. uncooked rice
    onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown onion and turkey.
    Add rice and soups.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cook, uncovered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle top with grated cheese, if desired.
