Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. peeled, grated squash
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add squash and remaining ingredients.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans and divide evenly into pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done (pan size, 9 x 5 x 3-inch or three 7 7/8 x 3 7/8 x 2 1/2-inches).
