Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients in baking crock, stirring several times as it bakes in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or longer.
