Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper
5 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. milk or cream
Preparation

Grease a 10-inch baking dish.
Cover bottom with layer of potatoes.
Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
Dot with butter. Repeat layers until all potatoes, flour and butter are used. Heat milk or cream and pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender when stuck with a fork. Serves 4.
