Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
1 Tbsp. coarse pepper
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Mix all together, roll in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a pan at a tilt, with one end of foil open so it can drain.
Take out of foil and bake 5 to 10 minutes more to dry.
Refrigerate and slice.
