Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage until brown.
    Drain and set aside.
    Separate crescent rolls in 8 triangles.
    Place triangles with elongated points toward center of greased pizza pan.
    Press sides and bottom to form a crust.
    Seal perforations.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Crust will be puffy when removed from the oven.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Spoon sausage over dough.
    Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine eggs with milk and seasonings.
    Pour over sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on lower rack for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Use pizza pan with high rim around it.
