Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. chicken bouillon
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 c. chopped cooked chicken
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 can chopped chilies
    2 oz. sliced pimento
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    10 flour or corn tortillas
Preparation
    Cook onion in magarine until soft; stir in flour.
    Mix bouillon with water to make 1 cup; add to flour mixture and cook. Stir until thickened.
    Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
