Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 acorn or butternut squash
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. butter
    2 tsp. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Wash and dry the squash.
    Cut in half lengthwise with a sharp knife.
    (Hold onto it firmly.)
    Remove the seeds and fibers.
    Prick the flesh of the squash several places with a fork.
    Place half the sugar, salt, butter and water in each.
