Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 scallions, cut in chunks
    1 small clove garlic
    1 can artichoke hearts
Preparation
    Process sour cream, Parmesan cheese, scallions and garlic in a blender.
    When fully mixed, add artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained.
