Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. beet juice
3/4 c. vinegar
3 c. beets, diced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except beets, in saucepan.
Cook until smooth.
Pour over beets.
Heat.
Yield: 6 servings.
