Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. nuts (optional)
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple
Preparation

Cream eggs, sugar and oil.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix well. Add rest of ingredients and blend well.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
