Millet Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. precooked millet
    2 c. brown rice, cooked
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. soy, sesame or cashew milk
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. garlic powder or 1 fresh garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. food yeast
Preparation
    Blend onion, garlic and milk in blender until chunky.
    Pour into mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
    Place by spoonfuls on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam and flatten with a fork to form patties.
    Brown in oven at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
