Blender Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients in blender on high speed.
    Slowly add melted butter.
    Sauce will keep at room temperature for an hour before serving.
    Yields about 2 cups sauce.
