Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small Granny Smith apple (unpeeled), cored and diced
    2 c. cabbage, slivered
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper or to taste
Preparation
    Place apples, cabbage and raisins in bowl.
    Combine celery seed, vinegar, honey oil, salt and pepper.
    Stir well to dissolve honey.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Toss well.
    Makes 2 servings.
